KUSHAL UDHYOG have manufactured and supplied equipment working on the ‘Induction – Suction’ principle of Abrasive Blasting. The supplied equipment is suitable for Glass Bead Blasting of Studs Weldment area for the removal of black scales generated during welding of threaded studs. The equipment is provided with the function of Motorized Turn Table with Satellite Indexing facility. Operator merely has to load unblasted components and unload blasted components from the fixtures provided on the rotating satellites. Provided with indigenous Dust Collector System and Reclaimer assembly with Storage Tank for continuous feeding of the media to the Blast Guns. Any extent of automation can be provided according to customers requirement.
KU – SB – SP4 :
KUSHAL UDHYOG have got the opportunity to design and supply turn key solution
for De-burring of I.D. of shafts having multiple holes inside. The length of
the shaft was 515 mm and production output desired was 1000 nos. per day (aprox.).
The equipment works on the ‘Pressure Feed’ principle of Abrasive Blasting. The
supplied equipment is designed for continuous and un – obstructed blasting
operation for which two pressure vessels with Reclaimer Assembly and storage
tank is provided. The equipment is also provided with the function of
Motorized Turn Table with Satellite Indexing Facility. A uniquely designed job
fixture arrangement is capable of holding 6 shafts at a time. Operator merely
has to load unblasted components and unload blasted components from the
fixtures provided on the Rotating Turn Table. Provided with indigenous Dust
Collector System with motorized bag shaking arrangement. The operation and
sequence of the machine is controlled by PLC with digital display outside the
panel. Easy operating On / Off Push Buttons are provided on the panel for
convenience in operating the machine.
The machine can be modified for cleaning external surface of cylindrical and
symmetrical shaped components like cookwares prior to ‘Teflon Coating’,
cylinder heads, automobile sleeves etc.
Roll
Etching Machine Model ‘KUP – 206080’ SPL :
KUSHAL UDHYOG have successfully manufactured and supplied rotor etching
machine which works on the ‘Pressure Feed’ principle of Abrasive Blasting. The
supplied equipment is used for etching the surface of Rotor for Submersible
pumps. The rotor diameter may vary from 100 mm to 250 mm. Operator has to load
the rotor on to the centres / fixtures provided. The Blasting gun is mounted
on the top of the cabinet and is provide with mechanical horizontal
reciprocation for the gun. The Blast stream from the blast gun is thus made to
travel through out the length of the rotor in order to etch its surface. The
length and diameter can vary as per specific requirements. Provided with
indigenous Dust Collector System and Reclaimer assembly with Storage Tank for
continuous feeding of the media to the Blast Guns. Various Models are
available and can be custom built as per customer requirements.
Similarly the machine can be used as roll Etching machines for sheet rolling
mills where the pressing rolls are etched to get desired surface roughness.
Suitable fabric bag dust collector is also incorporated to keep the blasting
process environment friendly.
Pressure
Blasting Cabinet Model ‘KUP – 101014 SPL’ :
We have successfully designed and supplied Abrasive Blasting Machine for
internal bore cleaning of piston liners. The equipments works on the direct –
pressure principle of abrasive blasting. The machine is incorporated with
Motorized Turn Table Mounted on Manual Work Car. The Liner is loaded and
unloaded on the work car outside the cabinet for easy job handling. An angular
Blast Nozzle mounted on motorized vertical reciprocation arrangement blast
clean the liner bore while the liner is rotating. C.I. Grit is used a abrasive
media for the blast cleaning process. The machine is compact cabinet for safer
operation.
Abrasive Dust generated in the blast cabinet during the process is sucked by
motorized exhaust fan mounted on a Fabric Bag Dust Collector and gets
collected at the bottom of the hopper. The collected dust inside the dust
collector hopper is frequently dumped through a flap valve as and when dust
collector is stopped. Motorized bag shaking arrangement cleans the fabric bags
for preset time during non operative time. The blast cleaning process is
completely pollution free and environment friendly.
