KU – 16 OPEN KIT
‘KU – 16 OPEN KIT’ is a low cost equipment designed to blast clean components in tool rooms, machine shops, laboratories, job shops etc. to remove rust, scale, old paint, carbon, light burr and surface cleaning applications before applying paint or other coatings. It is best used for making decorative and handsome satin finish by sand blasting on glass and fancy handicraft articles. The abrasive used in the operation are Aluminium Oxide, Garnet, Glass Beads, Sand, Grit etc.

|5. Use any type of Abrasives||Aluminium Oxide, Garnet, Glass Beads, Sand, Steel Grit, C.I. Grit etc in 36 MESH or finer can be used to have a finish of own choice.|
KUS – 4030 :
A low cost foldable type desk model for touch up work of tiny components. It incorporate small pen type nozzle for Glass Bead Blast Cleaning and requires only 8 – 10 cfm of compressed air at 50 to 60 psi pressure. It is most suitable for fine touch up of jewelry or similar components and thus known as ‘Gold Smith’s Blast Cleaning Tool’.
The front of the cabinet is covered with transparent glass for visual inspection of job during cleaning process and the cleaning process is free from environmental pollution.
